Ensure the smooth running of customer IT environments
Provide 2nd-line support and occasionally assist with 1st-line issues
Carry out regular maintenance and implement smaller system changes
Act as a point of contact for customer queries, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
Support the continuous improvement and development of IT infrastructures
Profile
Completed IT training in systems engineering (or equivalent), ideally with experience at a service provider
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and associated services
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Azure
A customer-focused, independent, and well-structured approach, combined with a collaborative mindset
Fluent communication skills in German (Swiss German a plus) and English
Hold a Driving Licence Cat. B
