- Act as trusted partner to IVF centers, fertility specialists, and gynaecologists across Switzerland (German-, French-, and Italian-speaking regions).
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships grounded in clinical evidence, unmet needs, and the pursuit of patient-centric solutions.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively positioning treatments to healthcare professionals through both in-person and omnichannel engagement.
- Define and execute cross-functional key account plans that address customer needs and new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze territory performance metrics, competitive activities, and customer insights to inform brand strategies and drive overall team performance.
- Take an active role in shaping and preparing for market access expansion opportunities.
- A seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience in sales or negotiation-focused roles, preferably within Women’s Health or a related field.
- Fluency in both German and French and sufficient English is a must; Italian is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in building strong, trust-based relationships and creating win-win solutions with customers.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to convert customer insights and market opportunities into tangible results, collaborating effectively with Medical, Marketing, and Market Access & Pricing colleagues.
- Open and eager to adopt new methods, technologies, and omnichannel communication strategies.
- A team player who thrives in a tight-knit, ambitious, and collaborative team and contributes actively.
- Residence in the Swiss ‘Mittelland’ is advantageous, as the area of responsibility covers all of Switzerland.
- Willing to travel with overnight stays, and to irregularly work outside of standard working hours depending on customer and business needs.
- Fully adherent to regulatory and company compliance policies.
