Design and operate end-to-end AI, analytics, and automation solutions in collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
Build and maintain secure, high-availability CI/CD and GitOps pipelines (ArgoCD), embedding automated security testing, vulnerability scanning, and compliance throughout.
Develop, containerize, and orchestrate intelligent & resilient applications, AI services, and workflows using OpenAI, Model Context Protocol, Docker and Kubernetes to ensure robustness, scalability, and service continuity.
Implement AIOps strategies to enhance monitoring, anomaly detection, predictive analysis, and automated incident resolution for greater operational intelligence and uptime.
Integrate and operate across cloud platforms (Azure is a plus), with a constant focus on automation, security, scalability, and cost/resource optimization.
Monitor system, application, and platform performance with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana producing actionable metrics, reports, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure effective support for applications throughout their lifecycle, including deployment, maintenance, incident management, and decommissioning, while maintaining service and quality standards.
Support production operations with flexibility, including outside standard business hours, to ensure uninterrupted and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Expert programming and scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Java is a plus); deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture, containers, and automation.
Demonstrated experience with GitOps (ArgoCD, Helm), Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline design, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Hands-on experience with DevSecOps: integrating automated security testing, secrets management, policy enforcement, and compliance in cloud and CI/CD environments.
Direct practice with AIOps and modern observability: using ML/AI for monitoring, predictive alerting, automated incident response, and operational resilience.
Familiarity with secure, high-availability pipeline development and cloud-based analytics.
Knowledge of regulatory, privacy, responsible AI, and continuous compliance standards.
Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries is an advantage.
Proficient with monitoring, alerting, observability, workflow automation, and API technologies (e.g., FastAPI, FastMCP, Flask, Node.js).
