Provide administrative and operational support for strategic Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagements, including planning, logistics, and documentation of outcomes in compliance with regulations.
Act as the primary liaison between Medical Affairs and Digital, Data & Technology (DD&T), managing communication and alignment of digital initiatives.
Maintain and update the DD&T Medical Affairs roadmap, supporting projects such as AI, website development, and digital transformation efforts.
Coordinate congress activities by building and managing a comprehensive Congress Tracker, overseeing pre-, peri-, and post-congress communications, and supporting booth operations, KOL activities, symposiums, and sponsorship agreements.
Prepare KOL engagement materials, including bios and documentation, and negotiate agreements with medical societies and sponsors.
Lead project management efforts to enhance the internal repository hub (DRC 2.0), including vendor management, content restructuring, process development, and stakeholder communication.
Develop and maintain metrics dashboards to evaluate the impact of Medical Affairs activities, providing regular performance reports to leadership.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs leadership, Digital, Data & Technology teams, and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries, preferably within Medical Affairs or project management roles.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
Proficiency in digital platforms such as Veeva Insights, congress tools, and DRC or similar content management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across diverse teams and external partners.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and planning capabilities.
Proactive, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving project needs.
Experience with digital transformation initiatives, including AI projects and website development, is advantageous.
Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
