- Oversee the end-to-end HR administrative lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding, certificates, etc.).
- Maintain and regularly update employee master data in Oracle, ensuring accuracy and system integrity.
- Coordinate payroll input with the external payroll provider and monitor timely, correct processing.
- Manage social insurance and statutory HR matters (e.g., sick leave, maternity, family allowances).
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, confirmations, and other documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR processes, benefits, and policies with clarity and professionalism.
- Ensure data quality and compliance in HR files, systems, and communications with authorities.
- Prepare internal HR reports and support audit or compliance checks as required.
- Support the digitization and continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation flows.Occasionally coordinate small-scale local engagement activities (e.g., team events, seasonal gatherings) to support employee well-being and culture.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations in Switzerland.
- Strong understanding of Swiss labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Experience working with external payroll providers and handling HR documentation.
- Proficient in HRIS systems (ideally Oracle) and MS Office tools.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a sense of ownership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; approachable and reliable.
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); ideally fluent in Swiss German.
