- Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships in the field of switchgear construction in the Ticino region.
- Comprehensive technical advice and support for our customers in the selection and design of switchgear and related components.
- Preparation of technical offers and contract negotiations in cooperation with the project team.
- Development and implementation of strategies for customer and object processing.
- Observation of market and competitive situations and derivation of action recommendations.
- Participation in fairs, events, and trainings to represent ABB's product portfolio in the market.
- Active maintenance in the CRM system (Salesforce) for tracking opportunities, activities, and customer visits.
- Successfully completed technical basic training in switchgear construction.
- Further training as a Technical Businessman and/or Technical School (TS) desirable.
- Several years of professional experience in the sales of switchgear or comparable products.
- Strong technical understanding and knowledge in the field of switchgear construction.
- High customer orientation and communication skills.
- Native language Italian, good English or German in speaking and writing.
- Good knowledge of the digital networking of solutions (Modbus/TCP etc.).
- Independent, goal-oriented working method and high willingness to travel within Switzerland, driving license category B.
