- Shadow senior SAP professionals across Basis, Integration, and Development teams to understand system architecture, landscape setup, and best practices.
- Participate in technical meetings, workshops, and issue resolution discussions; document decisions and follow up on action items.
- Support in gathering, organizing, and updating technical documentation, such as system diagrams, interface catalogs, and SOPs.
- Assist with automation of simple repetitive tasks using scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) or workflow builders (e.g., SAP Build Process Automation).
- Prepare and maintain technical diagrams, network maps, and data flow overviews using tools like Draw.io and Visio.
- Perform basic SAP GUI tasks such as checking system status, retrieving logs, or supporting system administration under supervision.
- Support monitoring activities by reviewing system alerts, integration queues (e.g., IDoc, PI/PO monitoring), and basic job logs.
- Assist in data validation and reconciliation tasks during transports, patching, or interface testing.
- Help prepare test scenarios or test data for new developments or integrations under guidance.
- Support integration mapping documentation (SAP PI/PO, Cloud Integration), including collecting source/target system info and message flows.
- Assist in maintaining a technical knowledge base, including lessons learned, troubleshooting guides, and how-to content.
- Contribute to internal dashboards or reports using Excel, SAP Fiori, or SAP Analytics Cloud (whenever available).
- Collaborate with development teams in simple debugging sessions, code reviews, or code documentation (ABAP, CDS Views, BAPIs).
- Support incident and change tracking by maintaining logs, ticket summaries, or assisting with ticket triage in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Explore and test emerging SAP technologies, tools, or services (e.g., SAP BTP services, Integration Suite components), and summarize findings for the team.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Basic understanding of enterprise software and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with programming concepts; knowledge of ABAP, Java, or SQL is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn SAP technologies such as S/4 HANA and SAP cloud technologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
