The division is responsible for some of the Group's key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.This function is in the Banking Operations department, in the Assets Servicing unit.Your roleThe scope of the function is to oversee all the workflow from the trade reception, data analysis and life cycle data management to instruments pricing. The scope of asset includes listed products (equities, bonds, loan, derivatives), OTC products (IRS,CDS, FX & Equity options, TRS, CFD…) and Structured products (autocall, Reverse convertible, dual currency deposit, accumulator, Airbag…).
  • Integration and control of assets opening in our global platform Neoxam.
  • Control and publish prices, greeks, market data and analytics.
  • Life cycle management of all Assets.
  • Set up the necessary files to complement these feeds.
  • Introduce the necessary settings for queries and Data/pricing flows for securities newly registered in our systems from our various financial information providers (Bloomberg, SIX, Reuters and ICE).
  • Regularly check and update these settings.
  • Provide the assistance requested by the various users of these Data (accountants for investment funds, valuers, administrators, asset managers, wealth managers, etc.).
  • Challenge of various assets type with the counterparty's prices.
  • Liaise directly with our main stakeholders in case of issue.
Your profileRequested experience:
  • Master's degree in Finance, economics.
  • 2 to 5 years' experience minimum in a similar position.
Knowledge / technical skills:
  • Good knowledge of financial products and good level in financial mathematic.
  • Good knowledge of financial information providers.
  • Skilled user of office software applications, especially Excel.
Soft skills:
  • Driven and capable of showing initiative in solving problems.
  • An enquiring mind with strong learning skills and a well-developed critical faculty.
  • Accuracy and thoroughness in searching for the information required to value securities.
  • Good capacity to collaborate and find win-win solution.
Language skills:
  • French: fluent level
  • English: good knowledge (written and spoken)
