The Triumph Group is a member of the amfori Business Social Compliance Initiative (amfori BSCI).Learn more about Triumph on:www.facebook.com/Triumph/www.instagram.com/Triumph/Our Demand Planning Department in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland) is looking for aEuropean Inventory Manager (m/f/d) (100%)In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all inventory processes throughout Europe. In this position, you will significantly contribute to the success of the Demand Planning organization in Europe for both brands – Triumph and sloggi.Your Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels within the European region
  • Building, standardization, and implementation of inventory-reports and tools to assist in driving sales & critical decision-making
  • Ensure optimal inventory efficiency by providing oversight of all Contracts and Consignment stocks
  • Assist Sales Teams with activating sales-opportunities for over-stocks
  • Monitor and Coordinate Bargain Stock development with Bargain Sales
  • Driving inventory reduction and target achievement in relation to novelties and promotions
  • Provide input to the Demand Planning and Supply Chain organizations in developing inventory strategies
  • Acts as integration point between Channel/Cluster and Demand/Supply Planning Teams
  • Building and maintenance of a collaborative teamwork with Demand Planning colleagues
Your ideal profile:
  • You have relevant experience in inventory management area, preferably in the fashion and retail industry
  • You are experienced with cross-functional teams and people management in an international environment
  • You can demonstrate technical skills in design, rollout and use of BI tools
  • You earned a solid exposure to sales and business upper management
  • You have excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen
  • You possess excellent communication skills
  • You are able to deal with change and new challenges
  • You are proficient in working with SAP R3/APO & BW, Power BI, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • You are fluent in English; German is an asset
