What it's aboutWe are seeking an accomplished corporate tax expert to join the Partners Group's Group Tax Team, overseeing all tax aspects impacting the group globally. This is a unique opportunity to lead complex international tax projects and contribute directly to the implementation of our global tax strategy.In this role, you will be involved in shaping and executing tax initiatives across jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, optimizing the group structure, and supporting strategic business decisions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors to navigate evolving tax landscapes and drive operational excellence.Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee tax compliance obligations in selected jurisdictions.
Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation for group entities.
Support tax audits and manage correspondence with tax authorities.
Develop and maintain operational tax procedures and internal controls.
Provide strategic input on international tax matters and business initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cross-border projects and transactions.
Solid understanding of tax accounting and operational transfer pricing.
What we expect
Master's degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in an international advisory firm or in-house tax department.
Strong knowledge of international tax law and transfer pricing.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented
Fluent in English, German is a plus
Ability to work well under tight deadlines
Team player with can-do attitude
Strong organizational and IT skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
