You are available immediately2 year mission within a renowned international organization
At least 5 years in Ombuds/conflict resolution or similar role.
Strong experience in reporting, advising, and identifying organizational trends.
Skills: active listening, impartiality, conflict resolution, problem-solving, discretion, integrity, analytical ability, trust-building, cultural sensitivity, and resilience under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; French preferred.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
