- Organizing and overseeing the Company's accounting and bookkeeping functions, including coordination with external accountants and advisors
- Preparing management accounts and financial reports
- Managing budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning
- Managing and coordinating middle-office, back-office and administrative processes in accordance with internal policies
- Supporting internal and external audits, inspections, and reviews
- Providing regular management information and reports to the Chief Executive Officer
- Master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, consulting (big 4 firms are an advantage) or in commodity trading firms.
- Solid understanding of commodity trading business, operations and legal aspects.
- Advanced user of MS Office products and ERP systems.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Languages: Fluent English. Russian and Kazakh is a strong advantage.
