- Develop and maintain publication strategies with input from cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution of plans.
- Lead collaboration efforts by organizing and facilitating meetings, creating content decks, and aligning communication plans.
- Manage the publication development process, including reviews, tracking, and compliance with publication management tools.
- Communicate internally about published materials through announcements and summaries.
- Engage with healthcare professionals and medical communication agencies to support publication efforts.
- Provide scientific expertise and advice on therapeutic areas, unmet communication needs, and educational materials for healthcare professionals.
- Participate in medical education events and contribute to the development of medical slide decks and other resources tailored to target audiences.
- Advanced degree (Master's, PhD, PharmD, or MD) in Biomedical Sciences.
- Experience in medical communications or publications management, particularly in diagnostics.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Good Publication Practice and ICMJE guidelines.
- Strategic publication planning experience and understanding of the diagnostics industry.
- Native-level proficiency in English with excellent writing and editing skills.
- Proven ability to coach, teach, and collaborate effectively within complex teams.
- Energetic, friendly, and dynamic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CMPP certification is an advantage but not required.
