We enable careers by connecting talented professionals with meaningful opportunities, and we support our clients in engaging, retaining, and developing the right talent when needed.Our client, a global leader in dental implants and digital dentistry, is looking for a:Technical Testing Lab AssistantThe job is in Basel, Switzerland, and the contract is until the end of 2026, with the possibility of extension.You will support the preparation, execution, and documentation of mechanical and material tests.Your Main Responsibilities:
  • Sample preparation: prepare dental materials for testing, following the relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs), with familiarity with the lab equipment
  • Test execution: assisting with the mechanical and material property tests
  • Documentation management and archiving: record test results and maintain organised archives to ensure traceability
  • Laboratory maintenance: clean and calibrate equipment in observance of safety protocols
Your Profile:
  • Relevant Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
  • High school diploma
  • Technical vocational education and/or experience working in a dental laboratory setting, as a plus
  • Familiarity with testing machines and equipment is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and data management
  • Ability to execute complex tasks following detailed procedures and instructions
  • Team-oriented and flexible approach, and eager to work in an international environment
  • Strong inclination towards continuous learning
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
