Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team at a leading financial institution in Zurich, Switzerland.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript / TypeScript development, with expertise in React.You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our financial platforms and applications, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.YOUR CHALLENGEDesign and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions for our financial products and servicesFrontend Development: You will contribute to the development and maintenance of our in-house React design system and ensure its consistent use across the platform. Together with business and UX experts, you will build and enhance features that deliver a seamless and unified user experienceCode Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CDTroubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the stack, providing support for both development and production environmentsCollaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverablesYOUR PROFILEStrong hands-on experience in JavaScript development, with preference given to candidates familiar with the financial services sectorProficient in modern JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, and experienced with TypeScript, Node.js, and related web technologiesSolid understanding of Unix-based operating systems and practical experience with bash scriptingDemonstrated experience working with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft AzureKnowledge of microservices architecture and containerisation technologies such as Docker and KubernetesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExposure to API security principles and protocols, including OAuth2 and related authentication standardsExcellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in technical decision-makingA collaborative team player who thrives in a cooperative, outcome-driven settingComfortable working in fast-paced, agile project environments with iterative delivery cyclesWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
