Your mission will involve advising C-Level executives on their AI & Data strategies and guiding large-scale digital transformations. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and a key source of strategic insight, overseeing and nurturing long-term client relationships while ensuring the highest quality of delivery.As an Associate Partner you will be responsible for:
  • Creating new business opportunities and expanding existing ones. Rely on your extensive network and collaborate with our business development team to create new business opportunities in LifeScience.
  • Engage with our client’s C-level stakeholders to understand their Data and AI related challenges, developing solutions and support them in implementing and scaling them in a sustainable way.
  • Lead and collaborate effectively within large cross-functional teams to review and analyze client requirements or challenges and provide leadership and direction to elevate our delivery capabilities.
  • Lead engagement teams in developing logical and insightful analyses; innovative & effective recommendations and high-quality deliverables.
Depending on your previous experiences and appetite to grow, you will play an active role in practice development.RequirementsWhat we are looking for
  • Director, Associate Partner/Partner level (or equivalent title) experience at a consulting firm.
  • Data Science background and specialization across LifeScience & Healthcare are required.
  • Proven track record of developing new client relationships and generating business development opportunities that leads to successful client engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability with the management of a portfolio of healthcare clients generating 7 figures in revenues in a consulting-like industry.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and in-depth knowledge/defined involvement in helping frame, design and implement and scale solutions for challenging business situations.
  • Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity, a creative visionary who can drive innovation.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English. French and/or German are considered a plus.
