  • Establish and manage program governance, including risk management, decision tracking, dependencies, and reporting.

Run a major data transformation in an international settingDrive high‑impact change in a fast, decision‑driven environmentProven Experience
  • 8-12+ years leading large‑scale data migrations, platform rebuilds, or enterprise digital transformation efforts.
  • Track record delivering complex, high‑stakes programs in dynamic, high‑growth environments.
Technical Literacy
  • Solid understanding of data architecture components (pipelines, warehousing, governance, integration patterns).
  • Ability to challenge technical teams constructively and articulate implications to non‑technical leadership.
Leadership & Execution
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including at executive level.
  • Strong structured thinking, clarity creation, and decision-driving capabilities.
  • High sense of urgency, ownership, and delivery discipline.
