For our headquarters in Kreuzlingen/Switzerland we are looking for employees who will actively shape the future of the HOLY FASHION GROUP, so apply now as HR Payroll & Reporting Do you have a good feel for figures, work in a structured manner and have sound experience in payroll accounting? If you also enjoy analyzing HR data and creating meaningful reports, then you've come to the right place. Your tasks:
  • Independent implementation of monthly payroll accounting for our employees, taking into account legal and collectively agreed requirements
  • Maintaining and managing personnel master data and transaction data in the payroll system
  • You are the contact person for employees, authorities and health insurance companies for payroll-related issues
  • Creating evaluations, statistics and reports for HR and other departments
  • Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements as well as internal and external audits
  • Further development and optimization of processes in the area of payroll & reporting
Your skills and qualifications:
  • Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in HR (e.g. HR specialist)
  • Profound professional experience in payroll accounting - you are familiar with German payroll tax and social security law
  • Experience in the use of SAP HCM or a comparable payroll or accounting program
  • Very good Excel skills and interest in reporting, data analysis or HR key figures
  • Team spirit, careful and structured way of working
