Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.As part of our Post Trade Processing function, we book and settle transactions conducted both domestically and internationally, monitor open settlements, and manage Swiss registered shares. Additionally, we act as transfer agent for fund providers and undertake further responsibilities within the funds domain. Close collaboration with trading, front colleagues, IT, and other organisational units internally and externally enables the team to continuously improve processes and actively contribute to key projects.YOUR CHALLENGEAs Operations Specialist - Post Trade Processing & Settlement, you will be responsible for:Day-to-day processing of executed trades and exception handlingMonitoring of global settlement activities for equities, bonds, ETFs, funds, and structured productsBooking of transactions related to mutual funds and transfer agency dutiesLiaising heavily with counterparties and custodians worldwideIdentification and management of risk positions in coordination with internal teams and interfacesReconciliation of cash and securities positionsOngoing development and optimisation of internal processesYOUR PROFILEExperience in trade processing and/or settlement operationsSolid understanding of financial instrumentsStrong awareness of risks relating to trade processing and settlementFamiliarity with SWIFT messaging; experience using GTMatch / GTExchange is a plusTeam-oriented with ability to quickly grasp new conceptsHigh level of commitment, motivation, and responsibilityFluent in German (minimum C1 level) and proficient in English (minimum B2 level)Apprenticeship in banking (or equivalent qualification), and/or several years’ professional experience in securities processingWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
