- Supervision of approximately 3-5 hotels
- Developing and implementing revenue management and pricing strategies to maximise the profitability of the hotels
- Analysing trends, competitor data and the demand situation to identify opportunities for revenue optimisation
- Working with hotel general managers to develop an optimised total revenue management strategy per hotel to maximise profit
- Maximising RevPAR penetration (RGI)
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams to create effective pricing strategies for all segments, as well as promotions to be used where appropriate
- Monitor competitor pricing and understand market dynamics
- Utilise all available revenue management and analytical tools to create regular demand forecasts and annual budgets
- In close coordination with the eCommerce team, responsible for the distribution strategy and channel optimisation of the hotels

- A Bachelor's degree in revenue management, hotel management or economics (an advantage)
- Several years of experience in revenue management, ideally in the hotel industry
- Analytical, structured way of working
- Ability to interpret complex data and derive strategic decisions
- Results-orientated mindset with a clear focus on achieving revenue targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in using MS Office, especially good Excel skills
- Team spirit and open-mindedness
- Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage
- Willingness to travel
