Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.As part of the Treasury and Payments team in Banking Operations, in the COO division of the bank, you are globally responsible for shaping and driving the development of Payments in Operations.YOUR CHALLENGEAs part of a multi-year large core platform transformation programme, you drive coordination of key payments initiatives to enable consistency in the product roadmap and work with business sponsors to ensure operational readiness after project go-liveDevelop and execute a transformational roadmap for payments products globally, aligning with business strategy and prioritiesCollaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to optimize value across the end-to-end lifecycle based on client needs, market trends, competitors, and regulatory/technological advancementsDefine functional requirements and standards for vendor-delivered products (i.e. TPH) , agreeing on technical design and implementation approachesProvide accurate estimates for development efforts, ensuring that stakeholders have a clear understanding of resource allocation and timelinesStay up-to-date on regulatory changes and initiate necessary adjustments to ensure complianceManage relevant Run-the-Bank (RtB) topics, such as SLAs, incident / problem management, and ensure the implementation of meaningful KPIs to measure service quality and performance in collaboration with cross-functional teamsYOUR PROFILEProven experience in driving change within Operations, preferably in payments products3-4 years of working as a product owner or as a project managerBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fieldsExperience in working with Temenos Transact preferably TPHStrong understanding of banking operations, core banking systems, and the typical banking product landscapeExperience with CBPR+, SWIFT, SEPA, and SIC standards (ISO20022)Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologiesGood understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineeringExcellent stakeholder and change management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partnersGrowth-oriented and agile mindset, with a passion for driving change and innovationSelf-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, fostering a collaborative work environmentKnow-how on Instant Payments preferred (SIC, TIPS)Proficiency in English, with basic understanding of German; additional languages are a plusWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
