  • Develop and implement reliability engineering methodologies to enhance product performance and durability.
  • Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability considerations are integrated into product design and development.
  • Perform reliability testing and analysis, including life testing, stress testing, and accelerated life testing.
  • Prepare and present reliability reports and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Support the development of reliability standards and best practices within the organization.
  • Provide training and guidance on reliability engineering principles to team members.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in reliability analysis tools and software (e.g., Weibull analysis, FMEA, fault tree analysis).
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
  • Certification in reliability engineering (e.g., CRE, CMRP) is highly desirable.
