Develop and implement reliability engineering methodologies to enhance product performance and durability.
Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to identify and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability considerations are integrated into product design and development.
Perform reliability testing and analysis, including life testing, stress testing, and accelerated life testing.
Prepare and present reliability reports and metrics to stakeholders.
Support the development of reliability standards and best practices within the organization.
Provide training and guidance on reliability engineering principles to team members.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in reliability analysis tools and software (e.g., Weibull analysis, FMEA, fault tree analysis).
Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Fluency in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
Certification in reliability engineering (e.g., CRE, CMRP) is highly desirable.
