The successful candidate is capable to handle and/or support in a broad range of compliance tasks – from creating a comprehensive Senior Management reporting, supporting in compliance projects, managing dormant accounts to supporting the team in account openings.YOUR CHALLENGESupport front employees, management and international locations in the implementation, advisory and supervision of Compliance mattersSupport Compliance projects, audit preparations, and follow-up activitiesCollaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation, including the CRO divisionPrepare and develop regular reports to Senior ManagementPerform high risk client on-boarding including detailed assessment of KYC and Financial Crime risks for prospects (also with digital assets nexus)Act as a dedicated expert for Dormant AccountsConduct AML investigations when necessarySupport implementation and maintenance of global Compliance Programme and global standardsReview and maintain local policies and procedures as requiredInstil a strong Compliance culture in order to curb legal, regulatory, sanctions, and reputational risksYOUR PROFILEBachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related banking field (preferred)Several years of experience in a Compliance functionStrong organisational, operational, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environmentSolution-oriented approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of integrity, discretion, and professionalismExperience with Digital Assets (Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies etc)Good knowledge of MS Office and a keen interest in IT systemsWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
