Reward strategy: design total reward strategy and create future-fit reward structures.
Tax-efficient compensation solutions: provide advice on tax-efficient compensation solutions and coordinate employment tax and legal analysis in Switzerland and abroad.
Executive compensation challenges: navigate complex executive compensation matters, including taxation of Management Incentive Plans and cross-border aspects.
M&A transactions: provide technical expertise in M&A transactions concerning compensation arrangements, with a strong focus on tax aspects.
Compensation disclosures: advise on compensation disclosures in compliance with Swiss and international compensation guidelines.
Benchmarking: conduct executive compensation benchmarking, focusing on Swiss listed companies.
Employer reporting: support clients in understanding their employer reporting and compliance requirements associated with compensation schemes.
Your Skill Set
Hold a degree in business administration, economics, or law from a university of applied sciences, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in in-house or consulting roles focusing on reward, tax, or legal matters.
Exhibit a highly motivated, energetic, and determined personality, consistently driving progress and innovation.
Enjoy collaboration in project-focused and interdisciplinary teams, driving successful outcomes across varied teams.
Possess strong communication skills that enable you to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, engage with diverse audiences, and foster strong relationships both internally and externally.
Display a commitment to delivering exceptional service, combined with a proactive approach to taking on responsibilities from the start.
Showcase strong proficiency in MS Office.
Demonstrate fluency in both French and English, showcasing excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with German language skills considered an advantage.
