Senior Ecosystem Success ManagerLocation: Remote (Preference for Europe or East Coast US)At the Web3 Foundation, we build the critical infrastructure for a more open, secure, and decentralized web. Our mission is to nurture technologies that empower individuals, foster interoperability, and redefine how the internet works—starting with Polkadot, a next-generation protocol that enables secure cross-chain communication.We're looking for a Senior Ecosystem Success Manager to help us deliver on that mission by working directly with some of the most high-potential teams in the Polkadot ecosystem.This role is all about people and impact: you'll be the primary point of contact for some of the most strategic projects building on Polkadot, helping them navigate challenges, scale their technology, and find long-term success in our ecosystem. You'll connect the dots between product, engineering, governance, and funding—ensuring our most critical ecosystem partners feel supported, heard, and set up to thrive.What You’ll Do
  • Be the trusted partner for a portfolio of strategic projects—building deep, high-trust relationships that go beyond surface-level support.
  • Champion ecosystem needs internally across product, marketing, governance, and engineering teams, making sure the right priorities are aligned and executed.
  • Solve problems before they grow—from coordination challenges to technical blockers—by connecting teams with the right resources and support.
  • Translate needs into action by working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll make sure insights from the field are reflected in product decisions and community strategy.
  • Build systems that scale: develop playbooks, processes, and metrics that make our approach to partner success more efficient and repeatable.
  • Keep feedback flowing—not just gathering it, but ensuring it turns into action across the Foundation and ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For
  • 8–10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, or account management—at least 3 years in Web3.
  • A strong personal network across the Web3 ecosystem and the interpersonal skills to expand it further.
  • A commercial mindset: you understand how tech projects grow, what motivates their decision-makers, and how to align incentives.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach. You thrive in ambiguous environments, find clarity through structure, and always look for a way forward.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, across cultures and disciplines. You know when to advocate, when to listen, and how to bring people with you.
  • Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders across teams—and a track record of getting things done without relying on hierarchy.
Bonus Points
  • Experience as a founder, product manager, and/or developer
  • Exposure to Polkadot or other multichain ecosystems
  • Comfort with tools like CRMs, Notion, or light automation (Zapier, Airtable, etc.)
