We are seeking an experienced HR Manager/Generalist to join our team in Switzerland. Primarily working for the Swiss entity but supporting the wider HR Generalist needs of the Europe HR Organisation.As human resources professional you are responsible for managing a wide range of HR topics, collaborating closely with diverse HR stakeholders to implement policies, support employees, and ensure compliance with employment laws. HR Generalists are involved in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.   • Create and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports.
Qualifications:Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a corporate or Tech industry environment.
  • Knowledge of Swiss employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a strong ability to work autonomously while partnering effectively across HR functions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • German and French Language skills are a high preference
  • Professional HR certification is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Passionate in Technology and AI tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Creativity in developing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and influence leaders, employees, and external partners.
  • Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with Swiss employment law
