- Organize and perform experiments based on genomics technologies such as short and long read sequencing, PCR and microarrays, with reporting (from extraction to data production, with automation or manual pipetting).
- Develop, evaluate, and/or benchmark new genomics methods and/or technologies.
- Provide reports and analysis information to support decision making regarding new genomics technologies.
- CFC or equivalent in molecular biology/laboratory work.
- 3 + years of experience in Genomics laboratory environment.
- Experience in Next Generation Sequencing.
- Understanding of scientific projects and biology.
- Experience in molecular biology assays and genomics (sequencing) technologies.
- Experience with LIMS/ELN would be a plus.
- Experience with automation/liquid handling devices would be a plus.
- Networking skills paired with ability to work in team.
- Open, flexible and creative.
- Fluent in English.
