For our client, a company in the health insurance industry based in Bern, we are looking for a Senior Lead Requirements Engineer for a permanent role.Your Responsibilities
Capture complex requirements in a structured manner, document them clearly and support them throughout the entire life cycle
Clearly formulate user stories and acceptance criteria for agile development
Promoting user-friendly solutions from the user perspective
Act as a central interface between business and IT
Actively shape and further develop requirements engineering as a discipline
Your Profile
Completed higher education (university, university of applied sciences, college) in the field of computer science, business informatics or engineering
Further training in requirements engineering (e.g. CPRE) and ideally in testing
At least 5 years of practical professional experience as a requirements engineer in an agile environment
Experience with UX methods and core applications (ERP, CRM) is an advantage
Precise, solution-oriented and communicative working style
Experience in health insurance is an advantage
Fluent in german and english
