Our client has a mission to transform the industry and improve lives through groundbreaking technologies.As the HR Manager for the EMEA region, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's growth and expansion initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. French language skills are desired but not essential, as you will be responsible for managing HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture in French-speaking regions.   • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's business objectives and drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support to facilitate workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition efforts.
  • Lead employee relations activities, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with global HR team members to streamline HR processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and culture.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, bonus structures, and employee wellness initiatives, to attract and retain top talent in the region.
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities and support career growth and progression within the organization.
  • Stay informed of local labor laws, regulations, and employment trends in EMEA countries to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on EMEA regions; experience in the biotechnology or life sciences industry is a plus.
  • Fluent in French with strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements in EMEA countries.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and effectively influence and drive change.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
