- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's business objectives and drive employee engagement and retention.
- Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and provide strategic HR guidance and support to facilitate workforce planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition efforts.
- Lead employee relations activities, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with global HR team members to streamline HR processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring consistency and alignment with company values and culture.
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, bonus structures, and employee wellness initiatives, to attract and retain top talent in the region.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities and support career growth and progression within the organization.
- Stay informed of local labor laws, regulations, and employment trends in EMEA countries to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on EMEA regions; experience in the biotechnology or life sciences industry is a plus.
- Fluent in French with strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements in EMEA countries.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and effectively influence and drive change.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
