Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of tool development, including planning, recording business requirements, implementation, testing, deployment, automation, building pipelines, quality review, and incident and bug management.
Optimize and improve internal processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
Collaborate effectively within teams and across departments to deliver solutions.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and manage requirements and changes effectively.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of software development and coding experience, following industry standards and best practices.
Expertise in Python using frameworks such as Django or Flask.
Strong knowledge of SQL, particularly for Oracle, Hive, and Trino databases.
Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML for frontend integration.
Experience with Git version control and working in Linux/Unix environments.
Preferably, experience in both on-premises and cloud environments.
