Human by nature.As an Indirect Materials & Services Intern, reporting to the Team Lead, you will be accountable and responsible for the entire Requisition & Fulfillment processing focused on assigned vendors or categories, managing indirect materials and services availability and resolve plant specific issues to ensure security of supply.This is a hybrid remote/in-office role, at our office located in Martinez.Your daily challenges will be:
  • Clarify inquiries with suppliers and follow up on their deliveries.
  • Coordinate the resolution of requests from internal users and suppliers, providing them with constant support and updating requests in the support platform;
  • Work with users from different countries in the region to respond and clarify their queries regarding their purchases.
  • Resolve issues related to requisitions and purchase orders: providing support to buyers by following up on purchase orders.
Your professional profile requires:
  • Bachelor's degree in progress in Administration, Economics or related fields.
  • 1+ years of experience in similar roles.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) knowledge.
