The division is responsible for some of the Group's key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services.You will join our Tax Reclaim & Relief's team. Joining our team means actively participating in the transformation of our tax processes in a stimulating and innovative environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects while de-veloping your technical and analytical skills. We are looking for a Business Analyst Tax capable of understanding existing processes, adapting to current tools, and proposing innovative solutions, particularly in Lean Management, to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our operations.Your roleProcess Analysis and Optimization:
  • Map current tax reclaim processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose Lean solutions to optimize them.
  • Design and implement tools or automations to simplify workflows.
Tools and Technology Management:
  • Quickly adapt to existing tools (banking systems, tax tools, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the IT department to integrate new features or technologies.
  • Ensure optimal use of artificial intelligence tools to enhance performance.
Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with tax teams, IT, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between various parties to ensure a shared understanding of processes.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Document optimized processes and newly implemented solutions.
  • Produce regular reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs).
  • Ensure data updates in tools to avoid errors.
Monitoring and Innovation:
  • Stay updated on relevant legal and technological developments in the tax field.
  • Propose innovative solutions to anticipate future needs.
Your profileEducation:
  • University degree in economics, management, engineering, or equivalent.
Experience:
  • Initial experience in process optimization, Lean Management, or Business Analysis is a plus.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong command of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Knowledge of banking systems (such as Avaloq) or the ability to learn them quickly.
  • Familiarity with automation and artificial intelligence tools.
Personal Skills:
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Languages:
  • Proficiency in French and English.
