Financial Accountant (60-100%)

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights into the company's performance.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Participate in the close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline accounting processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in accounting or financial analysis role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an asset
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent level of English and/or French required
