  • Degree from a recognised Swiss hotel management school
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in fine dining
  • Fluent in German and English; French and Italian are an advantage
  • Strong presence in the restaurant with a genuine passion for first-class guest service
  • Proven leadership skills combined with excellent organisational and interpersonal abilities
  • Personal integrity paired with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Strong commitment to quality, attention to detail, and a clear team focus
