Coordinate the end-to-end process of unaccompanied cargo (UAC) shipments, ensuring timely and accurate handling.Liaise with shipping agents, port authorities, customs, and internal departments to ensure all documentation and processes are in place.Monitor shipment milestones and resolve any issues or delays proactively.Ensure compliance with local and international maritime regulations and company policies.Maintain accurate records and ensure proper archiving of shipping documentation.Provide regular status updates and reports to management and clients.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.2-5 years of experience - excellent level of englishstrong interest for maritime / shipping sector

Bachelor or Master's degree in Law, Maritime Studies, International Trade, or a related field.Ideally 2-3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or cargo coordination.Knowledge of international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures a strong advantage.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in English (French is a strong advantage).Multinational company based in Geneva.A dynamic and international work environment in the heart of Geneva.
