Co-Creating the Product Vision and Strategy
Developing and Communicating the Product Goal
Shaping the backlog for a better Deliverable
Accountable for representing the stakeholders to an AGILE team, acting as the bridge between both
Plays a major role in sprint planning and refinement. Engages in reviews, retrospectives, and other ceremonies
Performance measurement
Continuously improves the product based on feedback from key stakeholders
Ensures the completeness and consistency of the product deliverable under Siemens' quality standards
Balances vision and budget
Identifies opportunities and creates value
Personal skills
Action oriented. Should be able to follow up persistently on feedback to ensure positive outcomes
Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum)
Fluent in English required, German a plus
Technical skills
Experience in data engineering, data modeling, and data mining
Knowledge in data architecture and platform setups
Knowledge of visualizing and presenting insights from data with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI or Qlik
General conditions:
Workload: 90% from October 1, 2025
Near-shore: Theoretically possible, German language skills preferred - English sufficient
