We appear as the closest partner of a demanding clientele truly concerned by the choice of their future temporary and permanent co-workers.For one of our clients, a private bank, we are looking for a skilled :Back Office Settlement (H/F)Responsibilities:
  • Processing of securities transfers, both incoming and outgoing (RFP-DFP)
  • Processing settlements DVP -RVP (Six and local custodians)
  • Daily contacts and follow up with counterparties and custodians.
  • Daily follow up and investigation of all outstanding trades (securities transfers and unsettled operations)
  • Make sure to always have a customer’s focused attitude and respect deadlines.
  • Follow up reconciliation breaks
Profile:
  • Banking or commercial training
  • Previous working experience of a least 2 years in the banking environment with an experience in a Back office “settlement/stock transfers”
  • Excellent knowledge of SWIFT and especially MT54X messages
  • Knowledge of GTExchange, GTMatch is an asset
  • Fluent in French and English is an asset
