Technical leadership for customer-specific isolator projects from initial assessment through commissioning
Engineering coordination and process responsibility for complex pharmaceutical manufacturing systems
Component specification and calculation of main system components including comprehensive documentation
Process development and definition of required plant processes for regulated environments
Documentation creation including project-specific specifications and design documents such as P&ID diagrams
Client relationship management through active participation in regular meetings with customers and partner companies
Technical meeting preparation and leadership of customer and partner meetings both on-site and internationally
Project monitoring including budget oversight, timeline management, and quality assurance of engineering scope
Your Profile
Engineering degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or completed technical education (HVAC specialist)
Process engineering expertise, ideally in isolator technology for the pharmaceutical industry
Project management experience including time planning and resource management
Regulatory knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and machinery directives
Language skills: Fluent in English and German for international collaboration
Communication excellence with ability to express technical concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders
Team collaboration skills with proactive information sharing and reliable task completion
Travel readiness for worldwide assignments (approximately 10%)
