- Prioritise use cases based on ROI and feasibility.
- Act as the primary translator between business objectives and technical teams.
- Convert strategic requirements into precise user stories, functional specifications, and deliverables.
- Promote data literacy and act as an evangelist for data‑driven decision‑making.
- Support stakeholders in understanding emerging capabilities and best practices.
- Collaborate with business domain owners to define KPIs, monitor adoption, and track the ROI of data products and solutions.
- Ensure data initiatives deliver sustained, measurable value.
- Strong background in data strategy, data product management, or senior analytics roles, with demonstrable impact on business outcomes.
- Excellent commercial understanding, with the ability to navigate operational and financial drivers of a domain.
- Proven capability to communicate complex data concepts to non‑technical leaders and articulate business needs to technical teams.
- Hands‑on experience managing backlogs, roadmaps, and agile delivery cycles.
- Track record of building trust and influencing senior stakeholders within a matrix environment.
- Solid understanding of modern data platforms (cloud data warehousing, BI tools, analytics solutions) and their real-world application.
- A proactive, curious mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive initiatives independently.
