Finders SAVotre mission :As part of a strategic expansion into the Nordic markets, the bank is seeking a proactive, experienced Private Banker to drive new client acquisition and strengthen existing relationships with UHNW individuals, families, and entrepreneurs across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.You will join a team of accomplished, experienced bankers within a supportive institution that provides the time and resources to develop your portfolio and grow the business. A stellar investment team is in place to support your offering, along with access to the Group's IAM platform. Competitive remuneration package, including a generous base salary and formula-based bonus. This position can be based in the bank's Zurich or Geneva office.Whether you are currently based in the Nordic region or the UK, covering the Scandinavian private banking markets, this role offers the opportunity to relocate to Switzerland ? or, if you are already local, to take your career to the next level.Responsibilities:
- Originate and cultivate a strong network of Nordic UHNW clients and family offices.
- Provide high-touch, customised wealth management solutions, supported by the bank's open architecture and holistic service model.
- Collaborate closely with investment and discretionary portfolio teams to deliver tailored strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor, combining commercial rigour with deep regional and cultural understanding.

- Strong client origination and relationship management skills, backed by a credible regional network.
- Deep expertise in Swiss private banking standards, regulatory frameworks, and risk-aware advisory.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a strong advantage.
- Relevant professional qualifications preferred (e.g., CFA, CAIA, SAQ Wealth).
