It also means combining our efforts and talents towards a more sustainable future - together.The role is based in Witterswil, Solothurn, Switzerland and will require some international travelling.How You’ll Make an Impact:Responsible for managing execution of sustainability projects from the idea to successful implementationAnalysis of water and wastewater qualitiesDesign of water / wastewater / reclaim systems – development of process flow, mass balances, design documentsEstimating projects expenses (CapEx, OpEx)Piloting and evaluation of water and wastewater treatment processesLeading implementation of creative ideas, concepts and strategies of water consumption reduction, reuse and recycling for the semiconductor industryDevelopment of new digital tools essential for defining complete water management strategies for high complexity systemsServing customers throughout sustainability projects lifetimeLiterature, web research, data analysisWriting technical documentation and reportsCreating and contributing to future know-how of the companyQualifications:You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in science, preferably in Chemical / Process / Industrial EngineeringYou have at least one first professional experience (3-5 years), preferably in water or wastewater treatmentA good understanding of economics and sustainability contextYou show self-initiative and creativity, you are flexible and able to work under pressureYou are mobile and you like to travel worldwide over several weeksYou have a good team-oriented working attitude with excellent communication skills to work in close co-operation with our other internal international departments, suppliers and customersYou are fluent in English (spoken and written).
