As a Global HR Advisor, you will serve as a strategic and technical partner to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR Directors (HRDs) across geographies. You will provide expert guidance and hands-on support in the areas of: Compensation & Benefits (C&B): Design and advise on global and local compensation frameworks, equity programs, and benefits harmonization. Learning & Development (L&D): Shape global learning strategies, leadership development programs, and capability-building initiatives. Talent Management: Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning. Labor Law & Compliance: Interpret and apply international labor laws, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks across jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and HRDs, offering technically sound and contextually relevant solutions. Lead global HR projects with a focus on scalability, compliance, and business impact. Analyze and interpret complex data to inform HR strategy and decision-making. Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (CoEs), legal teams, and external consultants to ensure best-in-class HR delivery. Monitor regulatory changes and proactively assess implications for HR policies and practices. Provide expert, technically sound HR advisory in Labour Law and TalentAct as a strategic partner, delivering high-quality, data-driven solutions Minimum 5 years of experience in global HR advisory or HRBP roles within complex, matrixed organizations. Strong technical expertise in C&B, L&D, talent management, and international labor law. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and articulate complex concepts clearly. Analytical mindset with a strong command of data-driven HR decision-making. Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong asset. Our client is an international company.
