Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.YOUR CHALLENGECore Banking System UpgradeSupport the design and implementation of data sourcing and integration related solutions centred around Finance applications (including Financial Acc, Management Acc, Reg reporting, Treasury)Develop holistic target pictures covering applications, data flows, interfaces, and infrastructure componentsEnsure architectural coherence across domain — Finance, Treasury, and Core Banking SystemsIntegration ExpertiseSupport robust integration architecture support for Finance applications connecting SAP and non-SAP systemsEnable seamless interoperability between core banking platforms, trading systems, risk engines, reporting tools, and group-wide ERP landscapeData SourcingDefine data sourcing, mapping rules, and harmonisation approaches within Finance applications (i.e. SAP S/4HANA or BW) based on data received upstreamCollaborate with Data Governance teams to ensure integrity, lineage, and complianceSupport development of real-time and batch data replication mechanismsMigration SupportSupport Architectural aspect with regards to data migrations from Core Banking and Markets applications to SAP and other Finance applicationsOversee data cleansing, validation, cutover planning, testing supportWork closely with project managers, functional leads, DBAs, and developers during all phases of project lifecycleStakeholder EngagementAct as trusted advisor to business stakeholders in Finance, Controlling, and Treasury unitsTranslate business needs into technical designs through collaborative requirement analysisYOUR PROFILE8+ years' experience in IT consulting or corporate IT roles within financial services, preferably in private banking or wealth management institutionsProven track record as a Solution Architect in SAP Finance implementations; knowledge of Temenos is considered a plusIn-depth understanding of key SAP Finance modules, including: Financial Accounting and Regulatory Reporting, Cost Centre Accounting (CCA), Profit Centre Accounting (PCA), Segment Reporting, Treasury Operations, and Data & Integration conceptsStrong knowledge of integration principles, along with hands-on experience in data migration, cutover planning, and testing methodologiesSolid understanding of banking-specific finance processes such as General Ledger management, COA, reconciliations, Net Interest Income (NII) calculation, and Management as well as regulatory reportingAdvanced expertise in SAP Finance and established system integration patternsDemonstrated business acumen, particularly in relation to banking and financial control processesSolid capabilities in data sourcing and migration activitiesStrong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, supported by excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communicator, capable of explaining complex technical topics to diverse audiences across technical and business functionsSelf-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform successfully in fast-paced and continuously evolving environmentsFluency in English (verbal/written)We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
