  • Further develop, continuously optimize, and ensure smooth operations with the DMS, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 environment
  • Analyze, design, implement, and technically manage ICT projects in the SharePoint and Power Platform environment
  • Support automation and digitalization of processes using Power Platform and scripting
  • Handle and resolve incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Closely collaborate with internal departments to implement requirements effectively and to turn their needs into digital solutions
Your qualifications and experience:
  • Relevant Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required;
  • Completed education in IT or equivalent qualification with at least 2+ years of experience in relevant field
  • Strong practical experience with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online and Power Platform
  • Very good knowledge of PowerShell and JavaScript for automation and extending M365/SharePoint solutions
  • Experience with structured data formats such as JSON and XML
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics in an understandable way
  • Team-oriented, independent, and reliable personality
  • Very good German (spoken and written) and good English skills
