In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and stakeholders. This position requires fluency in both German and English and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a multicultural environment.Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for HR service-related inquiries, managing requests from initiation to resolution.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving queries efficiently and striving to exceed expectations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of business operations, organizational structure, and key contacts.
- Provide support for HR calendar events, such as performance reviews, salary adjustments, and bonus processes.
- Utilize multiple HR and payroll systems to address and resolve employee queries.
- Gather and share customer feedback to suggest improvements in HR processes and technology solutions.
- Monitor key HR service metrics and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Initiate and manage changes in Workday as per defined processes.
- Offer proactive guidance to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and line managers on HR processes.
- Contribute to local HR projects and initiatives with measurable impact.
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR case management tools and promote their effective use.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate on ad-hoc projects and perform additional duties as required.
- Educational background in HR (e.g., Personalfachfrau/-mann certification or a degree in Business Administration).
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and proactive working style.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt to different cultural contexts.
- Experience in HR administration or shared services, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in German and business-level English.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and payroll platforms is a plus.
