As part of the Fiscal Reporting team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our clients' tax statements, while collaborating with various departments and external providers.

- Main responsibilities
- Tax Statement Review & Validation
- Review and validate tax statements for over 20 international jurisdictions, including Switzerland, France, Portugal, Mexico, and others.
- Ensure that tax documents comply with local and international regulations before being sent to clients.
- Data Quality Assurance
- Collaborate with our external provider to ensure the quality and accuracy of tax data before statement production.
- Identify and correct anomalies or inconsistencies in the data to ensure reliable reporting.
- Client Support & Front Office Interaction
- Address inquiries and requests from the Front Office regarding tax statements, providing clear and precise explanations.
- Manage tax document orders in coordination with internal teams and external providers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Compliance, Operations, Front Office, and IT teams to ensure smooth management of tax processes.
- Actively participate in cross-functional projects involving process improvements, regulatory updates, or strategic initiatives.
- Project Management
- Contribute to side projects related to tax data, information systems, and operational processes.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of tools and processes in collaboration with IT and other departments.
- Regulatory Compliance & Reporting
- Stay updated on tax regulatory changes across the covered jurisdictions.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain comprehensive documentation to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
- Your Profile
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking, with a focus on tax services.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of financial instruments (Equities, Bonds, Structured Products, Derivatives - Listed or OTC) and their specific characteristics. Familiarity with European income and gains taxation is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is required; German, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.
- Mindset: Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work quickly and efficiently, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
