You will work closely with Culinary, Beverage, Operations, Procurement, and Product Innovation teams to deliver initiatives that enhance operational consistency, elevate guest satisfaction (NPS) and drive ROI.
Your role also contributes to shaping future ship developments, keeping F&B concepts innovative and aligned with our brand vision.Your Impact
- Lead the Full Lifecycle: Take ownership of F&B initiatives from high-level concept to fleet-wide rollout, including SOP engineering and shipboard training.
- Performance Oversight: You will analyze the operational health of initiatives, ensuring they meet pre-defined performance benchmarks.
- Strategic Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between Culinary, Product Innovation, Procurement, and Fleet Operations to ensure seamless cross-functional delivery.
- Innovation & Future Builds: Contribute to the design and operational modeling of F&B spaces for future ship classes, ensuring they are "future-proofed" for evolving guest trends.
- Continuous Excellence: Capture post-launch data and "lessons learned" to constantly refine our governance and execution model.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Hospitality Project Management, specifically within high-volume F&B environments (Cruise, Global Hotel Chains, or Premium Retail).
- Proven track record in translating complex brand visions into scalable operational standards.
- Strategic Mindset: You understand that a menu change is not just about food, but about supply chain, manning, and guest perception.
- Global Fluency: Excellent English is a must; experience navigating multicultural corporate environments (like MSC) is a significant advantage.
- Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or Business; an MBA or Master’s from a top-tier school (e.g., EHL) is highly preferred.
- Advanced Project Management toolkit (methodologies, tracking tools, and risk mitigation).
- Financial Acumen: Ability to dissect a P&L and build a business case for new initiatives.
- Resilience: Ability to thrive during organizational transitions and influence stakeholders across all levels of the hierarchy.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with focus on quality and timely delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
