We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Test Automation Lead to strengthen our Finance Transformation team.Your Responsibilities
In this role, you combine technical understanding of test automation with practical coordination of automated test execution for business scenarios in close collaboration between business and IT:You design the technological landscape for test automation and support the development of test automation tools. The current project offers a unique opportunity to actively shape the test automation solution of the future.You are responsible for planning, preparing, and coordinating the operational implementation of test automation.You coordinate the remote team consisting of test engineers and technical Selenium experts, and mediate open questions between test engineers and business units.You are responsible for the operation of the test automation solution.You ensure traceability and compliance of test results for audit and regulatory requirements.You coordinate and monitor testing, including defect and issue management.You are responsible for building and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track test progress, quality, and test coverage.Your StrengthsYou have a higher education degree in business administration, natural sciences, or engineering.You can demonstrate several years of practical experience in the financial industry in the area of finance & accounting.You have three to four years of experience in test automation or test management, ideally with conceptual knowledge of Selenium (Java/Python/JS) as well as knowledge and practical experience with SAP S/4HANA FI, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP Fiori apps.You have a solid understanding of end-to-end testing methods and experience with test management tools such as ALM, JIRA XRAY, or comparable tools.You are proficient in office applications like MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.You demonstrate a conceptual and structured working style, are assertive and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.You possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders in both German and English.Your benefitsWe help our employees to shape their professional development and their private life to their best advantage and throughout all phases of their life.
