We are seeking an experienced Project Lead Expert to lead and manage the delivery of complex projects on the behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring alignment with budget, timelines, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities
Define and own the overall delivery approach and project deliverables.
Assist the Program Director with implementation management, ensuring adherence to plans and budgets.
Coordinate all delivery activities, track progress against plans, and resolve escalations.
Harmonize testing and validation efforts across multiple sites.
Collaborate with central teams to refine and validate development requirements.
Support program leadership in managing overall project goals and milestones.
Schedule and allocate resources based on project needs.
Develop and maintain MIS dashboards to keep stakeholders informed.
Monitor and report on quality, cost, and timeline metrics to stakeholders.
Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and methodologies.
Engage and motivate teams by defining clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
Lead change management processes, risk identification, and mitigation plans.
Promote people development, empowerment, and compliance with quality systems.
Skills Requirements
Proven experience leading large-scale projects and managing cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
Proficiency in project management software and dashboard reporting tools.
