- Drive technical engineering excellence by designing and calculating critical system components and developing detailed component specifications
- Develop robust process solutions that meet stringent regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
- Create comprehensive technical documentation including process specifications, P&ID diagrams, and system design documents
- Manage stakeholder relationships through active participation in customer meetings and technical discussions with international partners
- Ensure project success by monitoring budgets, timelines, and quality standards across all engineering deliverables
- Navigate regulatory compliance including GMP requirements and machinery directives to ensure full regulatory adherence
- Collaborate globally with suppliers, partners, and customers while maintaining technical leadership across diverse projectsYour Profile- Extensive professional experience with minimum 10 years in project engineering or comparable technical leadership roles
- Strong technical foundation in process engineering, chemical engineering, or mechanical engineering with relevant degree or technical certification
- Specialized knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, ideally with isolator technology or cleanroom systems experience
- Project management expertise including resource planning, timeline management, and cross-functional team coordination
- Language proficiency with business-level fluency in both English and German for international collaboration
- Communication excellence with ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholder groups
- Proactive leadership approach with strong accountability and ability to drive projects to successful completion
